Who I am

I'm a PMP-certified civil engineer with 5 years in construction planning and project control. Across my full-time and freelance work, I have prepared, contributed to or supervised the planning of 20 projects worth over EGP 15 billion and SAR 115 million in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

That work covers tender schedules, contract baselines, updates and recovery programmes, delay analysis and EOT claims, and project control with budgets, cost reports and earned value. It spans residential communities and resorts, commercial, healthcare and hospitality buildings, landscape packages and power transmission.
